Refund and Return Policy

Please note that return of funds (“return”) is available subject to the following conditions:

a) The Provision of the Service(s) has not been started yet. This means that we had not started any activities listed in your order before you exercised your right to return. In this case, the total sum of your payment will be returned.

b) If the Provision of the Services(s) has already been started, the following will apply:

You will receive the Services which had already been developed prior to your return request and a written description. In the description you will find out what Services have been provided, what activities have been made to provide you with these Services, and the information about how the price for the provided Services has been determined. In some cases, for example, if the Services have not been developed yet, but some activities have been made, you will be required to pay only for the conducted activities. Remaining funds will be returned to you.

c) You can exercise your right to return only within 7 (seven) working days starting from the date of confirmation of your order.

Please note that if the Services are provided in full, you cannot exercise your right to return. In this case, you have the right to refund and only if the Services (or the part of them) have been provided in bad faith.

The return/refund can be made only to the same payment instrument from which your payment was made. In case when the return/refund cannot be performed to this payment instrument, the money transfer will either: a) be transferred to your banking account; or b) be transferred to another payment instrument which you hold. The name of the bank account/payment instrument holder must be the same that the name of the holder of the payment instrument from which your payment was made.

If your return/refund request is confirmed, you will receive your funds within 5-10 business days starting from the date when your request is confirmed.
